Returns & Exchange Policy
MedActiveUsa.com, a product of MedActive USA Corp.. will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt on select merchandise. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. MedActiveUsa.com does not take back items that have been used.
Our standard return policies do not apply to all items. See below exceptions and check specific items for any special return policies .
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Instructions on returning or exchanging an item:
Please follow the instructions below to return an item to medactiveshop.com:
- Please fill out our return request form found under returns on our site.
- We will review request and whether it is eligible for return or exchange. Once approved, we will send a return authorization # to be applied to package. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs on returning items.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in new, unused condition, to receive full credit (shipping charges are non-refundable). Some items may be subject to a re-stock fee.
- Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package. (Please do NOT apply shipment labels to the product package)
- No packages will be accepted without a return authorization#.
- Your return shipment must be with a method that provides you with a tracking number (ex: FedEx or UPS).
- Keep the Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 21 days of our receiving the returned order. (Please note it may take up to 2 billing cycles to be seen on your paper statement with your credit card company). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Credit for gift returns can be used to exchange for a different product.
- Select items may be subject to a re-stock fee if not sent back in original packaging.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item you must contact customer service within 3 days of delivery and complete the following:
- Fill out the return request form on our site.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with image of damage or defect and reference order # in subject line and provide contact information in body of email.
We will make every attempt to help resolve this matter for you quickly and efficiently. Please do not return the item until you have spoken to or heard from a Customer Service Agent. We are not able to refund cost of item or shipping costs to you if you return any items on your own. We will not be held responsible or accept returns if contacted more than 3 days after delivery.
